Kania Anzani obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Trisakti University, majoring in International Law (Cum Laude). Currently, Kania mainly practices in areas of Transportation.
Her experience includes public private partnership, policy research, financing transactions. Kania advises and assists clients from project preparation and construction with respect to government policies and legislations, project structuring, tendering process and documents, public-private partnership (PPPs) and project financing. She also advises and assists clients in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contractual arrangements between various principals, including concession agreements, consortium agreements, tendering documents and also project finance documentation.
She works with some of notable assignments: acted as the Indonesian legal counsel to attract investment in infrastructure projects, acted as the Indonesian legal in an acquisition of a shipping company transaction, and advised foreign and local airport operator on their plan to invest in an Indonesian airport, as well as to establish a new airport in Indonesia. Kania also involved conducting legal research and high level due diligence in various sectors such as legal issues in the sector of renewable energy, special economic zones, construction, property, oil and gas, mining, toll roads, water supply, power, airport, unmanned aerial vehicle, railway and shipping.
